Position Status Full-time FLSA Exempt Salary and Benefits This position is in a Salary Grade PM5, with a starting salary $60,348 per annum. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. Under minimal supervision, the trainers responsible for the delivery of course instruction in a variety of modalities and locations, facilitation of student learning and success, and on-going development of curriculum and learning strategies which meet the needs of students and employers with emphasis in basic, intermediate, and advanced electrical principles and practices; assessment of student performance, advising students on academic issues, and the on-going development of curriculum and learning strategies which meet the needs of students and employers. This will include training in topics related to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning concepts, in addition to supervising students in labs and live project work. Additionally, collaborate with faculty and staff members to provide quality instruction for a diverse student population; perform instructional duties and responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy, mission, policies, and procedures of the College.

Qualifications:

Education Bachelor's degree or an associate degree from an accredited college with three to five years (or equivalent) of verified, related paid work experience in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ( HVAC ) field.

Qualification:

Experience Minimum of three to five years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in residential, commercial and/or industrial setting.
