In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional senior care, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and well-being for our residents. Your leadership will foster a warm, supportive environment where residents with diverse needs—including memory care and dementia—receive personalized care that promotes independence and dignity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives while managing a thriving community. Duties Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care and senior services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care Supervise and support staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality resident care Manage medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare standards and legal requirements Coordinate with healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, and therapists to deliver comprehensive resident support Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient facility operations Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging residents in social activities and ensuring their safety and well-being are prioritized Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong background in senior care management Licensed ALF administrator Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care needs Knowledge of care planning processes, medication management, and regulatory compliance in long-term care settings Supervisory experience leading teams within group homes or retirement communities Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and resident-centered care Background in nursing, social work or related fields is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to enriching the lives of seniors through compassionate care.
