Click the link below to learn how Howard Center helps change lives: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Wchi-A_Ks0 Assistant Director of Adult Residential Provide leadership, expertise, and supervision to the adult licensed programs in Long Term Supports and Services supporting adults with developmental disability and/ or major mental illnesses and dual diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and supervision of staff/interns Provide guidance on policy, performance management, funding, and culture development Oversee program budget and determine necessary budget changes to better support consistency across licensed programs Ensure all documentation per State regulations is timely and complete Provide leadership and work within the rotation of on-call systems currently in place across residential homes Identify clinical and administrative training needs and implement training plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional Qualified Mental Health Professional Three years direct supervision of staff who provide services in residential settings and in the community Three years direct services to a high risk, disabled population in residential settings and in the community
Structure:
Full time Benefits eligible Exempt Annual salary starting at $77,354 We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
