Job Description

NFI Vermont's Allenbrook Program is looking for a full-time residential counselor. Allenbrook is a co-ed group home located in South Burlington that provides community-based treatment for adolescents. Residential counselors provide day to day support in the home and community. This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation, participating in recreational activities and helping to manage a family-like household. In-ground pool, basketball court and large garden onsite. Pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience. The schedule includes working Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday roughly 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Experience in residential care or with parenting teenagers is desired but not required. This position is fully benefited to include medical, dental, vision and paid time off.
