We're looking for a dependable and energetic individual to join our care team. Key Responsibilities Administer medications correctly under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (within scope of practice) Assist and prompt residents with laundry, cooking, and cleaning tasks Engage residents in activities while respecting their wants, needs, and rights Ensure the safety and security of all residents at all times Support residents in attending appointments with supervision as needed Collaborate positively with other staff to promote resident success and happiness Encourage residents to express concerns and refer to therapy staff when appropriate Complete additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Required Certifications CBRF Certification First Aid & Choking Fire Safety Medication Administration Standard Precautions What We're Looking For Dependable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for helping residents thrive and learn daily living skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and support team needs We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
