Job Summary:

As a Resident Assistant in a Community-Base Residential Facility (CBRF), you will provide direct care and support to residents who need assistance with daily living. This includes helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal support, and mobility assistance. The role also involves monitoring residents' health and safety, documenting care, and communicating changes to the care team. Resident Assistants promote independence, dignity, and a homelike environment while following Wisconsin CBRF regulations and facility policies.

Compensation:

Starting at $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine resident care Observe residents and alert staff to changes Offer conversation and companionship Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene Assist with feeding Perform light cleaning & linen changes

Qualifications:

Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations. Must be 18 years or older Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test Compassionate, self-motivated individual Must have transportation to and from the facility
