Job Description:
The Selections Administrator helps deliver the best possible innovative product selections from conception through realization for the customers' visions.
Responsibilities:
These duties include but are not limited to: Provide samples to customers and prepare sample boards to portray what different finishes, door styles, fireplace surrounds, etc would look like. Obtain pricing for all selections and other pricing if needed to assist estimating. Prepare selections/build book for homeowner and decorator. Upon job completion, prepare Owners Book with required documentation. Contact subcontractors who haven't submitted bids.
Qualifications:
We're seeking a Selections Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in residential or related fields. Experience as an Interior Designer is preferred. High School Diploma or GED. However, an Associates Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
