Job Description

About us Golden Years is a small business in Randolph, WI. Our facility is a family-owned medium Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) that consists of two homes. Each home can house nine residents. Our facilities are designed to provide the comforts of home and quality care in a safe and clean environment. We are fully accessible for both ambulatory and wheelchair residents. The beautiful and warm interior is attractive and desirable for meeting the needs of our residents. We have a circular indoor walking paths, open spaces and calming colors. Our exterior front porch allows residents to enjoy the neighborhood activity. This is very calming and therapeutic for residents. We have single occupancy rooms, and all but two have half baths located in the room to provide privacy and ensure dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to residents in a residential care setting
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
  • Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Experience or knowledge in social work, home care, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Must be reliable and have a compassionate and patient demeanor
