JOB SUMMARY

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence. Community-based residential facilities (CBRF ) training preferred, but can be provided!
