Resident Assistant - FT NOC shift

We have an opening for a full-time NOC shift (every other weekend), Resident Assistant, in our Memory Care Facility, Bethel Oaks. Secure, safe environment, working with a strong support system, also includes every other weekend. As a Resident Assistant you will provide supervision for residents and function as a member of the support team. You will assume responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the facility. You will provide a clean, safe, and social environment for the tenants. The Resident Assistant also provides personal and supportive cares to the tenants under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and the RN, in accordance with the plan of care. Resident Assistant's receive a competitive wage, plus shift differential and have the opportunity for regular reviews with the potential for wage increases.
