The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and design solutions in a fast-paced environment. In order to meet the needs of the population we serve, this full time exempt position requires 95% of hours to take place onsite. This position includes night and weekend availability specific to organizational needs. This is not a hybrid or remote position. In administration, the Housing Support Coordinator will: Assist in implementation of the organization's program vision and yearly goals Oversee case management database. Assist in creation and implementation of housing processes and procedures Facilitate maintenance services and maintenance systems development Ordering of supplies related to program and participant needs In direct support, the Housing Support Coordinator will: Oversee case management and direct support services for housing participants. Participate in rotation of emergency support line Manage intake of new & potential housing program participants Schedule and implement bi-weekly unit checks. Support bi-monthy community meetings and monthly community outings. In communications, the Housing Support Coordinator will: Engage community partners and volunteers to strengthen youth support in the program. Track and communicate program successes and gap spaces with current and graduated participants to strengthen engagement and long term outcomes with youth served. Coordinate and communicate maintenance services Communicate needs, challenges, and successes to CEO In budget and finances, the Housing Support Coordinator will: 1. Communicate financial resources needed to effectively accomplish goals to the CEO. 2. Keep accurate records of any purchases made and submit receipts in a timely manner to the CEO. Housing Support Coordinator Services Skills and Qualifications Compassionate and able to relate to different clients with various needs Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with team members, volunteers, and young adults Flexible and willing to pivot quickly as needed Excellent in organizational and time management. Effective communication skills High critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Able to multitask and handle stressful situations Respectful of team members, program participants, and community partners Qualifies for or currently possess a fingerprint clearance card Computer literacy; efficient in Excel, Word, Google programs and databases. At least 2 years of experience in direct service with at-risk youth Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW/BASW) or equivalent experience in social services Non profit program and/or volunteer leadership experience preferred Foster Arizona Core Values People first
