We are searching for a Social Services Assistant for our building. The Social Services Assistant is responsible for conducting PHQ and BIMS interviews with patients, monitoring some record keeping, MDS related tasks, and any other tasks assigned by the DON or Social Worker. It is highly recommended that the applicants have either a CNA License, Medical Assistant License, or LPN.

Salary Level:

Salary level starts at $15.15/hr and increases according to licensing and experience.
