Develop support caseload as directed by the clinical mental health providers. Maintain communicion with Soldiers and provider on a weekly basis, or more frequent basis as directed. Document all interactions, approprie issues pertinent to the soldier's case as directed by the Behavioral Health Provider. Maintain ongoing comprehensive supportive care with identified high-risk soldiers during trement.
