This is a temporary position, lasting approximately June 15 through August 14th, 2026. This role pays $ 28.32-$33.65/hr DOE Do you thrive in an environment where meaningful work happens every day? We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation and compassion drive everything we do. Our Life Enrichment Coordinator Develops and delivers a diverse calendar of daily activities that meet the recreational and therapeutic needs of residents, enhancing overall quality of life. Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director, other coordinators, volunteers, and interdisciplinary staff to provide well-rounded programs tailored to individual and group needs. Provides transportation for residents, with a focus on supporting frail individuals, using the community van or bus for medical appointments and community outings. Maintains positive, professional interactions with residents, families, coworkers, and management to ensure a warm and supportive environment that promotes service excellence. Geriatric education or relevant experience required. High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long-term care, home care, or related setting strongly preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Current First Aid certification in accordance with Title 22 requirements. Demonstrated positive work ethic and genuine compassion for older adults. Keep abreast of current state and federal laws and regulations relevant to long-term care facilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software, is expected.Similar jobs in San Francisco, CA
