About Us Marc Bonaguide, LLC is a private therapy practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults reach their full potential. We provide creative, real-world therapy solutions — including individual therapy, family therapy, social skills groups, and school-to-home coordination — with a focus on lasting results. Our work spans anxiety reduction, social skills building, life skills instruction, and family dynamic improvement. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, compassionate clinician to join our growing practice as a part-time 1099 independent contractor. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for a therapist looking to build or expand their caseload in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Hours:
10-20 hours per week
Schedule:
Afternoon/evening availability preferred; flexible scheduling
Compensation:
$40 per hour
Contract Type:
1099 Independent Contractor Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-22) Maintain appropriate clinical documentation Collaborate with practice leadership as needed Optionally participate in facilitating or co-facilitating social skills groups (not required, but welcomed) Requirements Active Connecticut licensure as an LCSW or LPC (required) Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or young adults Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to maintain a consistent afternoon/evening schedule Preferred (Not Required) Experience with social skills groups or group therapy facilitation Background working with anxiety, social-emotional challenges, or developmental concerns Why Join Us?
