Come join a smart, motivated team and work at a leading technology company as we continue to grow. Our growing business is in need of a full time Support Coordinator at our New Castle, DE office. The CST Coordinator duties include but not limited to: Answering inbound calls Monitoring the support email inbox Creating service tickets Distributing service tickets Following up service tickets Scheduling onsite and remote support tickets Providing daily analytical reports To meet customer demand, we are seeking an energetic individual that is highly motivated and takes initiative, along with having a high level of organizations skills to sufficiently support our Customer Success team and our customers. Essential characteristics for this position include excellent communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and being punctual is required for this position. This is a full-time job during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday . Applicants must submit to a background check. Computer and/or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Education:
High school or equivalent required
Computer Skills:
