The Family Support Worker will be doing- The Family Support Worker will transports clients. The Family Support Worker will supervise visits between clients and family members and documents observations and enters into system with 72 hours. The Family Support Worker completes administrative tasks related to the functions and responsibilities of the Family Support Worker in a timely manner including but not limited to documentation of supervised visits within 72 hours of visits, medical/dental records within 72 hours of visit, and verbal/written communication with case management staff. Completes other tasks as assigned. The successful Family Support Worker candidate will have- Prefer a high school diploma required or higher level of education and one year of experience in Child Welfare preferred. Experience with 0-18 year client population; working with children and families that are in a high-risk situation.
