Hourly Pay Range:
$23.96 - $35.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Hybrid A Brief Overview:
As the IT Training and Support Coordinator at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for the administrative support, under direct supervision, of the system-wide IT Training and Support team. The IT Training and Support Coordinator plays a role in the continuous improvement of training related processes, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to align training solutions to the goals of Endeavor Health. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions, technologies and advocate for the adoption of best practices.
What you will do:
Assists in scheduling end-users for the appropriate classes according to the curriculum guide and maintains records of classroom attendance. Contacts department leadership to schedule end-users for training. Follows up with end-users who have missed class and need to be rescheduled. Monitors test-out requests for eligibility and provide access to testing options. Coordinates testing as needed. Reconciles testing records in Learning Management System and course registration asapplicable. Serves as a resource to guide leadership and end-users on appropriate class selection. 10% Supports setup for classroom training including all classroom materials, computer setup as needed and monitors and maintains department equipment inventory. Ensures room reservations, course catalog and employee intranet site is updated and maintained. Performs general office administrative tasks as required (supply orders, print requests, department communications etc.).
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED Required One (1) or more years of experience of performing administrative duties in a professional setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Demonstrates initiative and a lean towards curiosity, out of the box thinking and innovative. Strong level of customer service and organizational skills High level of written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Displays ability to prioritize Able to learn and utilize system tools to coordinate training Personal and ethical accountability
