Job Description

Home Life Enrichment Assistant Are you creative, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? Join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant, where you'll help create meaningful experiences that support the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of our residents. What You'll Do Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and events for residents Engage residents in one-on-one and small group interactions Support special celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries Maintain activity areas and ensure supplies are ready for use Document participation, complete activity records, and assist with care planning Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance resident experiences Participate in care plan and department meetings Assist with in-house pets and activity-related equipment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience working with older adults preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging programs Compassion and sensitivity to the needs of seniors, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's Why Join Greencroft?
