A Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing the life enrichment programs within the Independent Living area of the Community under the supervision of the Life Enrichment Director in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. They may be directed to provide for the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of the residents. Advances the value that the resident comes first. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with laws of the state or have the ability to obtain a CNA license within 90 days of hire. High School diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in activities programs in a healthcare setting desired. Long term care experience preferred. Activity Director/ Social Services Director certification desired.
