A Social Services Designee is responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of social service programs in consultation with and under the supervision of a licensed social worker and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures, to assure the medically related emotional and social needs of the individual residents are met and maintained. TRAINING
