Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing comprehensive support and guidance. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a commitment to program development and implementation. The Support Coordinator Supervisor will work closely with employees, clients, their families, and various stakeholders to ensure that services are tailored to meet individual needs. Duties Manage and coordinate support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and assistance. Develop and implement individualized support plans that promote personal growth and independence. Supervise staff members involved in service delivery, assessment techniques, service planning, resource identification, data management and record keeping, communication skills, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, program activities, and service outcomes. Management of caseloads through group/individual sessions. Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments. Implement and maintain a written plan for supervision of case management staff. Provide administrative support related to budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and assist them in accessing available resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong skills in program management and development, including budgeting experience. Excellent relationship management abilities to foster positive interactions with clients, families, and community partners. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and compassionately. A commitment to promoting the dignity and rights of individuals receiving support services.
