Job Description

Camden County Developmental Disability Resources (CCDDR) is accepting resumes for full-time TCM Support Coordinator. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Please email a resume with a cover letter and references to jennifer@ccddr.org. This is entry-level professional case management work in a comprehensive purchase-of-service and community placement program for persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $20.25/hour with no experience.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's or higher-level degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in one or a combination of the following: Elementary or Secondary Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Recreation (including specialty areas such as Art, Dance, Music, or Physical Education), Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, or other specialties in the field of human services
OR A Registered Nurse License Additional Requirements:
Valid Missouri driver's license & acceptable driving record Have access to a car and be able to travel throughout county
