Driver's License Full Job Description Shift:
Monday -Friday -8:30am-4:30pm ( some evenings and weekends required) Creekside at Elfindale is recruiting a dynamic, creative, well organized lifestyle coordinator assistant who thinks outside of the box for social and leisure events, recreation, entertainment, and "happenings". This kind, caring, fun individual also needs the personal warmth to relate to our wonderful Community Members as unique individuals. Creekside is an awesome retirement community emphasizing fun, vitality, "dignity in life" for our Community Members. Working with the team, you will assist in developing plans, organizing, implementing and evaluating a varied and robust program, assist with new Community Member acclimation, and carry out rewarding responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have experience in wellness, or recreation or equivalent experience. A valid drivers' license is required and be eligible for class E license. Musical ability or teaching experience is a plus.
Key Result Areas:
Consistently uses the Vetter Senior Living Mission, Vision and Values to guide everyday decisions and actions. Demonstrate a consistently positive, respectful and constructive attitude with both residents and staff. Demonstrate initiative, active problem solving and a continual desire to improve customer service. Provide quality services that enhance the spiritual, psychosocial, restorative and physical well-being of each resident. Build relationships that enhance the reputation of the facility with residents, staff, volunteers, family and friends. Create and maintain an environment which allows each resident to adjust to their limitations and recognize the dignity and worth of each individual. Participate in in-service educational classes and meetings directed at improving your ability to meet the needs of the residents. Maintain and follow established safety precautions and infection control procedures when performing day-to-day responsibilities. Know, understand and perform responsibilities that meet regulatory and company standards. Serve as an effective teacher, model, and consultant for other staff. Be a reliable and positive member of the facility's team. Create a cooperative working relationship with other departments.
