We provide a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment focused on emotional growth, stability, and life skills. We are currently seeking Qualified Professionals (QP), Associate Professionals (AP), and Direct Care Professionals who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of youth. Duties Supervise and support residents during assigned shifts Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive living environment Assist residents with daily routines, activities, and life-skills development Implement treatment plans and behavior support strategies De-escalate behaviors using approved techniques and program policies Provide transportation to appointments, school, and activities as needed Complete required documentation, incident reports, and progress notes Communicate effectively with team members and program leadership Ensure compliance with NC DHHS standards and program policies Experience Qualified Professional (QP): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Meets NC DHHS requirements for QP status Experience working with at-risk youth or in a residential setting preferred Associate Professional (AP): Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field Meets NC DHHS requirements for AP status Experience working with youth or behavioral health preferred
Direct Care Professional:
High school diploma or GED required Experience in childcare, youth services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred Willingness to learn and follow structured programming
All Positions:
Must pass background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism is key to success in this role.
