What You'll Do:

Support residents' spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being through engaging activities Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members Create a welcoming and uplifting environment that honors each resident's dignity and individuality Demonstrate positivity, respect, and teamwork in all interactions Take initiative in problem-solving and continuously seek ways to improve the resident experience Follow safety and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment Collaborate with all departments to provide the best possible care and services Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
