Assist Human Service workers (1-4) with applications including interviewing customers face-to-face or by telephone, screening customers for Programs and performing non-eligibility system changes. Responsibilities Utilizing DSS computer systems to obtain and enter customer information. Communicate with customers (written and verbal) Pre-screen customers for eligibility. Request and Review document from customers. Prepare Case files for eligibility determination.
