Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred) Valid Driver's License Bilingual in Spanish and English Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work Schedule & Location:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 3 days in-office: 70 Clinton Avenue, Newark, NJ 07114 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Support Coordinators, providing guidance and oversight Ensure all services for children and families are properly coordinated Conduct and review quarterly home visits for compliance and quality Monitor caseloads, documentation, and service delivery standards Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff Assist in developing and reviewing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies Serve as a point of contact for complex cases and escalations Travel locally for meetings and fieldwork as needed

Strong leadership and team management abilities Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong commitment to supporting children and families Ability to manage deadlines and ensure team accountability
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
