We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and motivated Community Support Workers (CSWs) to support individuals and families throughout Santa Fe and surrounding communities . What You'll Be Doing:
As a Community Support Worker, you'll work directly with children, adults, and families in homes, schools, and community settings. You'll help people overcome challenges, connect to resources, and build brighter futures.
Your Day Might Include:
Helping clients set goals and celebrate progress Connecting families with community resources and services Supporting individuals with life skills and independence Advocating for clients and helping them navigate systems Weekly supervision at the office Collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners Encouraging confidence, growth, and overall well-being No two days are the same and that's what makes this role exciting, rewarding, and impactful.
What We're Looking For:
We're searching for people who bring heart, energy, and compassion to the work they do.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience working with children, adults, or diverse populations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Empathy, cultural awareness, and a passion for helping others Reliable transportation and comfort working in community settings Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
