Job Description

Part Time Position Available Out Reach Worker for Canton Woods Canton Woods Senior Center is currently seeking a part-time position for an Outreach worker. This outreach worker is helping the elderly in need or assisting those in need of community services. Outreach Workers must meet the following criteria: Hold a two-year college degree in Social related field; or have the equivalent of four-years, full time work and experience in geriatric case work or social work with community/social programs. Outreach Worker must have knowledge of Onondaga County community services, familiarity with eligibility criteria for all entitlement programs, computer skills and must have a valid NYS license.
