Bilingual Spanish preferred Make an Impact in Your Community YES is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker to support community engagement, substance use education, and wellness promotion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, representing an organization in the community, and making a meaningful difference. Key Responsibilities Engage individuals, families, schools, and community partners Provide substance use education, wellness outreach, and non-clinical screenings Make referrals and link individuals to appropriate services Represent YES at community events, health fairs, schools, and committees Deliver presentations on prevention, coping skills, and awareness Complete required outreach documentation and reports accurately and on time Collaborate with YES leadership and staff to support program goals • Maintain a consistent schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and three weekdays Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for community outreach and prevention work Comfortable working with diverse populations Organized and detail-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Weekend availability required Must have reliable personal transportation for frequent community based work Why Join YES?
