Position Overview The Springs at Murrayhill is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who's not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. Availability:
we are looking for someone who can work either part-time or full-time, weekend availability is a requirement.Departments:
the Life Enrichment Assistant will work with residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and within our Memory Care community. Key Traits & Skills Creativity with intention—generating ideas that bring both joy and depth Empathy and patience to understand each resident's unique story and interests A lively sense of humor and the ability to foster community connection Respect for confidentiality and individuality; every resident's story is valued An organized, dependable, and positive team player with excellent communication skills Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging events including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and more Partner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programs Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering Assist with transportation to and from community events Transportation to and from appointments, activities, etc. (company bus and vans are provided) Qualifications Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required Proficiency in MS Office applications Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen Must pass diving record screening Bring your creativity, energy, and heart to a team that believes programming is more than just events on a calendar—it's about creating memorable experiences with purpose.
