This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery, staff supervision, program quality, compliance, and data-informed decision-making, while fostering a collaborative, mission-centered culture to ensure high quality social service delivery to older adults. Qualified candidates will be mission-driven and have a Masters degree in Social Work, Gerontology or related field. Experience with seniors preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal skills required. This position functions both collaboratively and independently. Proficiency with data systems, reporting, and outcomes management.
