NOW HIRING INTERIM ASSISTANT SOCIAL WORKER

January 2027 - March 2027 Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Interim Assistant Social Worker to join our team during the winter season. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about resident advocacy, customer service, and supporting individuals in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents and families with psychosocial support Supporting discharge planning and admissions processes Assisting with resident concerns, grievances, and customer service needs Participating in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration Helping ensure resident dignity, emotional well-being, and quality of life Assisting with documentation and social service follow-up tasks

Qualifications:
