Support Coordinator:
Full time schedule Pay range for starting salary: $23.00 per hour, more possible based on experience. Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dental Company-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance 22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year Hybrid remote work available after 90 days introductory period in office with successful job performance. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Supports a caseload of 35-40 individuals with developmental disabilities. Help individuals on case load to access community resources, housing community integration services, employment, transportation and more. Assist the individuals by requesting funding and providing oversight of the services. Monitors the implementation of the services received to ensure quality and efficacy. Community-based work throughout Jackson County requires routine meetings in various locations for the individuals supported. Reliable transportation is required.
