This role is vital in ensuring that clients receive personalized, effective assistance that promotes independence, community integration, and overall well-being. As a supervisor, you will manage a dedicated team of support coordinators, foster strong relationships with clients and their families, and ensure program excellence through strategic oversight and compassionate leadership.
