ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain pricing and item submissions to assigned chain accounts from start to finish Submit all current deal levels to buyers Maintain open communication with buyer contacts for assigned chains Build and maintain relationships with Lipman Brothers Key Account Managers and chain customers in order to communicate and fix pricing/scanning problems as they may arise. Follow up accordingly with entire Grocery and Convenience sales team. Communicate with purchasing department concerning new items and deleted items by assigned chains for Beer, Non- alcoholic items, and Wine Communicate all chain buyer communication received with Beer and Wine Directors also including appropriate Key Account Managers. Observe and follow all confidentiality rules for Lipman Brothers and individual chains with pricing.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 yrs. beer/wine industry experience Knowledge of Lipman Brothers beer, non-alcoholic, and wine product portfolio Excellent communication skills, written and oral Proficient in Excel and Word documents Good filing skills Good math skills Able to work well with others in an office environment
