REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or G.E.D. required 1+ year experience in case aide, intake, or social services Experience in non-profit or substance abuse recovery environments Equivalent training/experience may be considered
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills a plus

155317 ROLE IMPACT As a vital part of a non-profit residential treatment facility, the Case Aide supports clients through structured supervision, emotional guidance, and life skills development. Your role ensures a safe, stable, and supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor clients daily in a residential treatment setting Provide crisis intervention counseling as needed Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on life management skills Maintain an environment that promotes client morale and emotional stability Communicate relevant updates to the Director of Social Services
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Residential treatment facility Active, client-facing role with group facilitation Potential exposure to emotional crisis situations Standing, walking, and physical engagement required during shifts
