Experience/Skills/Education Required:

Master''s degree (M.S.W.) in Social Work from accredited University and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Birmingham Green can offer free supervision to become LCSW, or LPC to the qualify Candidate Experience working with the elderly in an adult living or long term care facility with knowledge of geriatric mental health services Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare eligibility requirements, PDPM, MDS, Care Planning and basic medical terminology is required.
