Job Description

Aggie's Country Living is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Coordinator. Aggie's Country Living is located in Eagleton between Chippewa Falls and Bloomer, WI. Aggie's is a 5-star assisted living facility that cares for the elderly population. We are a smaller facility with a total of 11 rooms. Our residents are all elderly and we also have residents who have early onset Dementia to end stage Dementia. Aggie's is a fun place to work with amazing residents, families and staff. We pride ourselves in giving the very best care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities. Plan, schedule and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for our residents. Attend all community planned functions and help coordinate the events. Assist in preparing and organizing a monthly calendar and newsletter.
Qualifications:
Experience preferred not required. Proficient verbal, written skills. Ability to encourage and motivate older adults. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrate creative ability. Strong skills in organization. Timely and efficient multi-tasker.
