Our care is personalized to meet the needs of each person who comes through our doors and integrated to address co-occurring mental health conditions. Our #1 priority is to help the client first sustain and then maintain long-term recovery. Have you lived the experience of receiving services and/or supports for a substance use condition? Are you committed to providing connections in navigating recovery supportive systems and resources? Do you want to make an impact with a supportive team that celebrates differences? Project WisHope works with local hospitals and organizations to provide "boots on the ground" support in the event of an opioid related overdose or anyone who is presenting with a substance use disorder. Job Description As a Peer Recovery Coach/Peer Support Specialist, we support the person who has overdosed or is struggling with a substance use disorder, begin their path to recovery. Our goal is to help individuals connect with resources and offer the support they need to begin their recovery journey.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required) Must be Peer Recovery Coach Certified
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN LONG-TERM RECOVERY.
