JOB Join the County of Colusa Department of Health & Human Services as a Program Manager II and play a key role in supporting and improving the well-being of our community!

Our agency serves Colusa County residents by administering social services programs, including CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), Adult and Children's Services, Public Health, and Housing. At the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), we work a 37.5 full-time work week, with the option of a flex-schedule and potential upcoming opportunities to work remote 1-2 days per week (depending on position). What's This Job All About:
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of all child and adult services programs. This includes development, implementation, on-going compliance monitoring, and is responsible for all required reporting to the California Department of Social Services. The position directly supervises the social worker supervisors and the social services assistants.
