Must haves:

Bachelor's degree in related field a Requiered 1-2 years of related field work experience Ability to develop and maintain care plan with facility interdisciplinary team Ability to work with physically and mentally ill, disabled, and emotionally upset elderly Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Would be great: Experience in skilled nursing environment Supervisory experience Ability to think strategically and exercise discretion and independent judgement to reach logical, practical decisions We Cares for You!
