Clewiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full time Director of Social Services. The Director of Social Services oversees the overall operation of the Resident and Family Services Department; organizes and plans Social Service Programs for residents and patients based on their individualized needs within the facility; coordinates activities with the community, outside facilities and agencies that can provide economic, psychological, and medical assistance; and helps the resident, patient, staff, and families with issues that impacts or prevents adjustment or any other aspect of the resident's quality of life. DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field. Master's in social work preferable. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate accurately and precisely to patients and family members Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required
