Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Social Services Director to lead and oversee our comprehensive social services programs. In this pivotal role, you will champion the well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities by managing program development, supervising staff, and fostering strong relationships with community partners. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community integration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative program management and compassionate service delivery. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social services programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and mentor a team of social workers, case managers, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and healthcare providers to foster collaborative support networks. Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and accreditation standards related to social services and behavioral health. Coordinate behavioral health interventions and support plans that promote positive outcomes for clients. Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and data tracking to ensure transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven management experience in social services or program development within a healthcare or community-based setting. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Strong relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively. Extensive supervisory experience with a focus on team development and performance management. Knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience in program management including budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
