• What You'll Do:

• As a Director of Social Services, you will lead our Social Services Department and the programs within it. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our residents.
• Key Responsibilities of a

Director of Social Services:

• What You'll Bring:

• Qualifications of a

Director of Social Services:

• + Master's degree in social work or related field + Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred + Minimum of 4 years in social services, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership role in a long-term care setting + Strong understanding of the aging process, psychosocial needs of the elderly, and the impact of chronic illness + Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents and their families •We Hire for Heart!
