What You'll Do:
Provide overall leadership and direction for Adult and Youth MCI Stabilization Services Ensure stabilization services are delivered within required timeframes and in accordance with MassHealth, CBHC, payer, and organizational standards Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, workflows, and clinical protocols Provide clinical consultation and oversight for high-risk adult and youth cases, including safety planning and diversion decisions Collaborate with MCI assessment teams, CBHC services, urgent care, Community Crisis Stabilization programs, and community partners to support coordinated transitions of care Monitor program outcomes, response times, service utilization, documentation quality, and performance indicators Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered practices across all teams Directly supervise MCI Supervisors, Lead Staff, and other assigned program leaders Prepare reports and performance summaries for organizational leadership, funders, payers, and regulatory agencies Oversee incident reporting, corrective action planning, clinical risk management, and regulatory compliance Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, staff safety, and high-quality care
Who You Are:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts, such as LICSW or LMHC, required Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in crisis services, mobile crisis intervention, emergency services, or stabilization programs required Demonstrated knowledge of CBHC, Mobile Crisis Intervention, and MassHealth crisis-service models Strong clinical judgment and experience supporting high-acuity and high-risk adult and youth populations Experience leading mobile, emergency, or community-based crisis stabilization services preferred Proven ability to develop programs, improve performance, and recruit and retain effective teams We Hire for HEART!
