Social Services Director
  • $5,000 Sign On Award
  • Maplecrest Rehabilitation and Living Center, a progressive healthcare facility, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long-term care and adult day care services, has an excellent leadership opportunity for the right candidate.
  • Licensed Social Worker with previous supervisory experience in a health care setting
  • Knowledge and experience with Medicare, managed care, Maine Care and other reimbursement sources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of facility regulation and policy/procedure implementation
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment and manage all aspects of the social services department North Country offers a competitive salary and benefits package with ongoing professional development.
