Job Description
1. Directs and manages overall daily operations of the Blackduck Branch under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program, and service delivery. Develop & maintain as strong & positive working relationship with ISD 32 partners. 2. Provide leadership, training, and direction to Blackduck Boys & Girls Club staff and volunteer to ensure a healthy, safe environment, with well-maintained facilities, equipment, and supplies for youth operations. Ensure compliance with organization policies; 3. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate Branch overall programs, services, and activities to ensure they meet stated objectives and member needs and interests. Compile regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation; and 5. Actively engages and supports the Blackduck Advisory Board as well as develops collaborative partnerships with community leaders, local officials, other youth-based organizations, non-profits, universities, and others. Support resource development team efforts in the greater Blackduck Community Until trained, position may spend some amount of time at our Bemidji branch locations, after which the position will be FT in Blackduck. Screening including at least a background check, references & interview are required for all successful applicants. The Boys & Girls Club is an after school program, which means core working hours will be 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday during school year, and 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays. Summer 2026 schedule is approximately 6:30 to 5:30 T-H with flexible hours on Monday & Friday. Occasional nights or weekends.
