As a Licensed Social Worker / Director of Social Services your role is to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct social service programs at the facility in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, to assure that medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. May have direct reports such as Social Services Assistants. You are directly making a difference in the lives of the patient under our care.
